Alertlog hugepage recommendation at startup?

In my alert log on a 19.6c database running on RHEL7 I am getting the following recommendation at startup:

1. For optimal performance, configure system with expected number

of pages for every supported system pagesize prior to the next

instance restart operation.

My sys admin and I have reviewed and implemented the recommendations from  doc 401749.1. The two databases on the host are up and I don't believe we are using AMM.
