I am having a tough time trying top find good comprehensive documentation of setting up Oracle Datab

I am having a tough time trying top find good comprehensive documentation of setting up Oracle Database Backup Cloud Service in OEM 13c 13.4.0.0.0.  I do not know what the Service name and the Identity domain need to be set to to point to the correct container.  I have an SR open with MOS, but they have been unsuccessful so far in helping me.   They did point me to a blog by Martin Berger, but it still doesn't quite get me there.  We are just migrating to the cloud (go-live in May) and I am trying to get everything in
