Dynamic images are not displayed in pdf or html output format from bi publisher template

Hi,

we are using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher 12.2.1.4.0. I am trying to create a report using bi publisher template.

When i try to insert an dynamic image and give the url in the property section. I see the image when the output mode is interactive. But the image does not appear in pdf or html.

Did anyone face similar issue? How was it resolved.
