Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Set Tax Rate with (-) sign for offset tax purpose

Hi Folks

have this issue why attempting to create a new Tax rate -5 % for anew offset tax

each time system reject the negative amount and shows the below error msg.

could you let me know how to handle this issue
