'4467 Approver listed more than once' error in P43280

Hi Team,

I am trying to delegate approval authority to new user thro. Approval Delegation P43280, but getting below error. I searched in oracle docs about this error but didnt find enough clarification. Please ref below error screen shot. Also ref below screen shot from oracle document.

Can anyone help me how to remove this error and delegate the approval authority to new user?
