Migrating Custom OnBoarding Activity Guide

I want to build a Data Migration Workbench project for migrating a custom OnBoarding activity guide.  What data sets need to be in my project, and more specifically, how do I migrate my custom acknowledgements?

These are the data sets I have included in the project so far:

ACTIVITY_GUIDE_ITEM

ACTIVITY_GUIDE_LIST

EOAG_CATEGORIES

EOAG_TEMPLATES

RCF_SERVICE_DEFINITIONS

Are there any pieces that cannot be migrated via Data Migration Workbench?  I have cloned the delivered OnBoarding activity guide and added some custom acknowledgements.
