Link within AWE Email to approvers gives misleading message if teammate has already approved the req
Hello,
I had tremendous response with an AWE Requisition
question to this community earlier this week so I thought I would ask another
one in the same general vein. We have single sign-on turned on and the URL within
the requisition approval email takes the recipient right to the Approval page for
the requisition referenced in the email. That works great unless a teammate has
already approved that requisition and then selecting the link takes them within
PeopleSoft but gives the following message: “An error occurred while attempting to display
the selected transaction. Please contact administrator.”
We want to change the verbiage on that message to explain
