How to Restrict Site and Purchase Order Information specific to an operating unit in isupplier porta

The requirement is in EBS iSupplier Portal, to restrict the Purchase Order Transactions and Site Address information of a particular operating unit to an isupplier user based on responsibility assigned to the supplier user.Is there a way to achieve this.?
