Automatic Supplier Assessment

Hello,

Is supplier assessment can be automatically initiate based on UDA attribute? i have multiple insurance and supplier assessment need to initiate based on expiration date.  We are in Oracle 12.2.9.

Currently they have trigger which initiate notification when the expiration is happen, if assessment feature can handle it will be easy.  Any thoughts on this will help us to improve,
