Project Start & End Date in Award Profile

Hi,

One of the recent PUMs added project start & end dates in the Award profile - Award tab. However, as soon as project status is changed from 'Approved' to 'Closed' Project Start & End dates disappear. Wondering what is the logic applied to not display start & end dates for projects that have been closed.
