Database SE2 license limit on number of cores

Hi,

Just want to ask if SE2 has a limit on number of cores? Based on what I read on Oracle licensing document, the limit is maximum of 2 sockets and max 16 CPU threads (max of 8 CPU threads per instance).

Reason I'm asking is we are planning to buy SE2 licenses and install on 1 socket 10 core server.

PS: I'm ok if this will be directed to an Oracle rep.
