Missing Header in WSDL file to create outbound Business Service in Siebel

Hello,

     My case is: I've received a wsdl file from an external system to retrieve some data. I've imported it in Siebel tools, a business service and 2 Integration Objects for Request & Response have been created.   

The problem is that a header is mandatory in Request, but the wsdl doesn't contain header. No Integration Component is created for the header in tools.

     How can I solve this problem and add header in Siebel tools to be able to call this outbound web service?

     Also, I've simulated the wsdl in SoapUI. error returned in the header doesn't not exist:

     Header of SOAP message does not define a valid security information
