Has anyone gotten "TRC Access" (on the TL Program) to work?  PeopleBooks says "When you indicate that a TRC should only be entered by an administrator, by selecting Administrator Only, the TRC is not included in the selection drop-down for all time reporters and managers" but that appears to not be the case.  When I went to search how the field was used, it is only referenced in DERIVED_TL_MASS.WIZARD_NEXT_BTN.FieldChange, and 2 SQLs (TL_TR_TRC_LIST and TL_TR{TRC_LIST_LANG).  It would be helpful to know if anyone is using this flag, and if it is working...  THANKS!
