AOM crashes during siebel IRR execution

We are using siebel 18.10 version and while performing Siebel IRR we observed our AOMs processes started crashing during execution. Our siebel application went into outage and become inaccessible to users. We had to restart AOM services after siebel IRR completion.

Can anyone please comment on this behavior of siebel 18.10 if this is due to any version bug.
