JDE 9.1: PO received but no impact on F4111 and F41021 , line created in F43121

Hi All,

System is JDE 9.1

A purchase order for 45 qty was created for a foreign supplier

44 qty received correctly with records generated in Item ledger F4111 and purchase receiver F43121 and F41021 was updated.

But for remaining 1 qty , entry generated in F43121 only and order line got closed to 999 status. No entry generated in F4111 and no impact on F41021.

I already checked F41021WF , no entry pending here.

Cost method is 07

The receipt record is appearing in P43214 as well.

Please suggest any possible root cause as per standard JDE setups
