How to restrict Deletion of OTL Timecard once submitted or approved, while still allowing edit Timec
We have to enable the Preference allows edit as Retro because we need the flexibility to modify Timecards which are already approved and transferred to Projects/EAM as well.
Thus, making Delete Allowed preference to Yes, it enables users to delete Timecards which are already approved or even transferred to Projects/EAM.
Could you create any such time entry rule to allow deletion only if user is working on the timecard for the first time and never submitted, however once submitted thuser can not delete that timecard? Or any other way to handle it?
Please advise.
