ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.1:CPU PATCH FOR APR 2020

This patch requires additional code levels to have been successfully

applied to your system before it can be applied.  These code levels, as at the time that this patch was built, are listed below. 

Please check 'My Oracle Support' to determine if any of these have been superseded

Well our database does not meet these requirements, my question is it possible to apply this patch with the patch of B.3 ?

   * R12.AD.B.delta.3

   * R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3

   * R12.BNE.B.delta.4

   * R12.FRM.B.delta.4

   * R12.FWK.B.delta.5

   * R12.JTT.B.delta.4

   * R12.TXK.B.delta.4
