Accounted CR AND DR in gl_interface

we haveindia localization receipt taxes in INR currency ..but for some case in gl_interface table accounted DR and CR entries are created ..pls  note all transaction are in iNR only so no foreign currency is involved. I am wondering if this some bug, in 12.0.6 version that for gl_interface will have such entries. Does accounted values come in case of foreign currency only.
