EAI Object Manager Process exited

we are facing production environment EAI object manger process exit intermediately got below error in enterprise log.

EAIObjMgr_enu 26184 SBL-OSD-02011 Process 26184 exited with error - Process exited because of a segment violation (SIGSEGV) .

As it is in production not able increase logs also . due this issue when ever  this occurred Inbound call are failing .

Can You please suggest what might be cause this issue or any lead to debug this issue
