product and service gives error while assign category segments

Hello,

while select category segments on product and service getting below error.  I verified the category flexfield value set as per the note (Doc ID 2470463.1) and value set query test doesnt gave any error also not seen any double quote condition. 

Do i need to create SR or advice any setup need to validate?
