ECC Full and Incremental Load Error out from Application. Works fine from ECC Developer

Hello,

ECC Full and Incremental Load Error out from Application. Works fine from ECC Developer. Submitted "Delivery Details Data Load" program which then submits ECC - Run Data Load. This second request is erroring out with below error message. Whereas the data loads are completing fine from ECC developer but unable to schedule the incremental load from ECC Developer. Also understand that we need to schedule from application and ECC developer should not be used for data load submission.

Please help us understand what could be the issue. SR is also logged but still waiting for resolution.
