Error with "tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbupgrade"

Context :

Need to collect traces for Oracle support to investigate errors related to 12.1.0.2 to 19.6 manual upgrade (non-cdb).

AHF version :  20.1.21 ("AHF-LINUX_v20.1.2.zip").

I tried both '19600' & '196' (as you can see below) - but both does not work.

What should be the right value for Target Oracle version 19.6 ?

Try #1 : (with '19600')

$TFA_HOME/bin/tfactl diagcollect -srdc dbupgrade

Enter the Database Name [Required for this SRDC] : XXXXX

Enter the version you are upgrading to : Example for database 12.2.0.1 type 12201 [Required for this SRDC]: 19600

Error: 19600 is not a valid version

The value: 19600 is not valid for cmdline user input UPGVERS.
