Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. After Upgrading to TR 9.2.4.1 the HTMLServer link is not working

Hi,

We are currently at TR 9.2.1.4 and Weblogic 12.2.1.2.0.

Yp upgrade to TR 9.2.4.1, I first upgrade the weblogic to 12.2.1.4.0. And after doing the TR Uprgade to 9.2.4.1 the web link is not opening.

Getting below Error

But if I revert the TR back to old one 9.2.1.4 it is working. Any issue in the new TR of 9.2.4.1?
