DO Oracles sales on premises have a helpdesk?
HI i would like to know if we have a series of clarification:
1. helpdesk system in Oracle Sales for ON premises
2. Do we have a Knowledge base in Oracle Sales to ask FAQs
3. I know that it is possible to have a 360Degrees view of a customer but do we have same in Sales on Premises.
4. Do we have a portal in Oracle Sales?
5. Do Oracles Sales integrate with MS Office?
