Patch "30783658" pre-req says Bug Conflict with 26150290, which is not seen

Hi,

We are trying to apply the Latest PSU Patch to our oracle 12.1.0.2 home.

30783658: COMBO OF OJVM COMPONENT 12.1.0.2.200414 DB PSU DBPSU 12.1.0.2.200414

While doing pre-requisites test i get following message:

Invoking prereq "checkconflictagainstohwithdetail"

ZOP-47: The patch(es) has supersets with other patches installed in the Oracle Home (or) among themselves.

Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" failed.

The details are:

The relation between 2 composites[26609798,30700212] are invalid.

Please contact SE team to regenerate the patches.

Now i tried searching patch "26150290" in oracle dont find, i tried in my opatch lsinventory did not find.
