FDMEE - reading entity from header

Hi FDMEE gurus,
We recently migrated from FDM and trying to convert VB scripts to Jython codes (not recommended )
One thing that's done in FDM is that there are multiple locations using a parent location thus they share the same mappings.
They are loading from file and the entity code is located in the header for the location. How can I get the Entity code from there and do the mapping accordingly using Jython or #SQL?
Example below:
This is the beginning of the data file and the entity code is 21332
HFM Titas Turkiye Yasal Mizan ilk tarih: '01-OCA-2019', son tarih: '31-ARA-2019';;;;
