Usage of Reporting Currency Ledger

Hi,

We have requirement to create foreign currency journals at sub ledger or balance level. In this case, we would like to create MRC or secondary ledger for target currency to generate journal lines into target currency.

Which ledger is best to create journals lines for target currency either secondary ledger or MRC?
