PS full package is getting failed in JDE920

Hi Friends,

I was trying to submit a full PS build for 920 on the deployment server and it is getting failed with below error. Please help or suggest on this !

Setup Details: we are TRs 9.2.2.1,App Release :9.2

Error msg on server build.log:

spkgclntInit.c:1045 PKGCLTINIT0029 ERROR: Failed to send message to server to get the Files from the Repository. Error General error..

spkgeng.c:339 PKGENG0053 ERROR: Failed on Server to Retrieve the files. .

spkgeng.c:342 PKGENG0054 ERROR: Exiting Server Package Build.

Error msg on client build.log:

pkgXML.cpp:124 PKGXML0046 ERROR: There are no records for the select in the source. Spec table will not be copied.
