Hello Everyone, i have an issue, There are some items haven't any data in on-hand availability scree

Hello Everyone, i have an issue, There are some items haven't any data in on-hand availability screen.

Which is means that there is no numbers in total quantity and available to reserve and available to transact.

i would like to mention also that i am facing the below error in the interface for the same item in the same org

|An error occurred while relieving reservations.||User-Defined Exception in Package INV_Quantity_Tree_PVT Procedure New_Tree_Node|ORA-01403: no data f

please need your support, Thanks in advance.
