Quick None-integrated, Top-Down or Bottom-Up Question

Hi,

I need to clarify my build but do not have this documented unfortunately.

In simple terms, how can you easily tell if your budgetary controls are none integrated, top down, bottom up?

Profile options set:

• PA: Enable Budget Integration and Budgetary Control Feature = Yes
• PA: Allow Override of Budget Accounts = No
• PSA: Budgetary Control Report Template = Budgetary Control Results Template
• GL Ledger Name = Our Ledger Name

Which would indicate its setup for intergration, but not sure it top down or  bottom up, but then I check the project templates which don't include any of the rules associated with any of the integration and budgetary controls.
