RAC database nodes reboots intermittently

We have recently installed 12c RAC on Oracle virtual Machines.

However one of the rac nodes reboots automatically (intermittently) for both the nodes.

From /var/log/messages below command is being written while rebooting the nodes, except that we dont see any errors from logs.

Kindly advice.

exec /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/perl/bin/perl -I/u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/perl/lib /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/bin/crswrapexece.pl /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/crs/install/s_crsconfig_arc-oraprd-db2_env.txt /u01/app/12.2.0.1/grid/bin/ohasd.bin "reboot"
