CPU Capping in Solaris Non-global zone

I am finding it difficult to get a documentation with precise steps on how to cap CPU in solaris non-global zones. Yes, I have seen documents on resource management but it is somewhat clumsy. Please i need help with documentation with clear guide.

I have a solaris 11 LDOM which can be referred to as global host. It has no zone running and has constantly been hitting 100% CPU. I am more inclined to cap physical/logical CPU if possible than adding more arbitrarily.
