Unable to Make Project - Approved Status

Good Morning !!!

Please note that we are using  R12.1.3  Projects Module.

We enabled  Project approval work flow. But  due to some error - for one project the work flow went to wrong person. So we 'Rejected'work flow from sysadmin.

Now the project is in 'SUBMITEED ' status - we also disabled ( uncheck) project workflow for this project type and for this OU.

But we unable to make ÁPPROVED' status.

For this particular project we need to change status to Approved manually    Can you please guide us to fix this...
