Who would I contact regarding a problem with JDE Trial Edition 9.2.4.3?

It was recently released and whenever I try to create a GL related transaction, I get a F0911FSEndDoc Asynchronous Business Function error.  I think there are issues with the image.  It also does not startup automatically.  I need to run the jobs manually to start it.  With 9.2.4.1 started automatically when I booted up the server.
