Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Has anyone gotten BI Publisher 12.1.3 to work with Oracle 19c and Siebel 20.3 on windows 2012r2 or 2016?
