Project Information form does not automatically update the values in front-end after a job run

Good day Everyone,

I would like to ask for your help if there's a way for the session of Project Information form that is currently opened which still contains the old value for an existing field. while having a batch job that runs every 5 minutes to update the current value of the field need to refresh to see the updated value.
