Min-Max not working for organization created with Copy Org

I have a strange issue running min-max planning on an organization that  I have created using the Copy Organization process.

The copy process works correctly, in as much as I get a new organization, all the items assigned and so on (slight issue with shipping network, don't imagine that is the problem):

I run minmax and it fails, showing this in the log file:

MSG-00069: Calling INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max from Before Report Trigger

MSG-00070: INV_MMX_WRAPPER_PVT.exec_min_max returned an error:

REP-1825: Before Report trigger returned FALSE.

REP-0069: Internal error

REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
