Can I use jdev 12.2.1.4 to develop soa/osb applications to be deployed to Oracle SWOA Suite 12.2.1.0

Can I use JDEVELOPER  12.2.1.4 to develop SOA/OSB applications to be deployed to Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.0?

I have mac book pro and I have installed Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.4 to upgrade our production version. But this project is still on going while our production system is still in 12.2.1.0 version.

Can I develop and support SOA/OSB applications that are to be deployed to Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.0 using Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.4?

If not, can I have two versions of Jdev running on my machine (12.2.1.4 and 12.2.1.0) ?  I have only 16G RAM. with other applications like EClipse running.. Do I have to uninstall Oracle SOA Suite 12.2.1.4 to install
