How does a Grid Cell get highlighted at a Warning in P051141

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how a grid cell gets highlighted when a warning pops up at Row Exit & Changed event in P051141 - Daily Time card Entry application. Our Time Entry program is a customized copy of P051141. Our program does not highlight the Grid Cell (GC PAY) when there is a warning (Hours Exceed Limit) at Row Exit & Changed - Asynch event. The errors and warning do pop up at the top of the Grid just like they do in P051141. We created a new Pay Type (330) and set up a maximum allowable hours
