deployed cartridges not showing in weblogic console

Hello Folks,

Another one, have deployed our solution cartridges in our newly created environment, they are showing up in the webui, query view, vfs cache, DB, DS and even while starting up the logs show automation plugins getting registered. However the deployed cartridges are not showing up in the weblogic console deployment list.

Tried un-deploying from DS, got :

EJB Exception: ; nested exception is:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Transaction does not exist

The solution does have automation plugins and we're using OSM 7.3.0.1.12.

Appreciate any guidance.
