Suddenly getting duplicate record not allowed in Work center

Hello All,

We are suddenly seeing a lot of duplicate records not allowed errors in work center.  The text is below.  It is happening in sales and mfg jobs, so I am thinking this is a workcenter issue, but I am open to suggestions.  I am concerned so I opened this discussion early in my search as I know little about workcenter. The error code is 1021 and we seem to be getting the other workcenter messages so it isn't like workcenter has stopped working.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

CAUSE . . . . Duplicate records cannot be entered into the subfile.
