NERS going into error in Server full build

Hi Everyone,

TR:9.1.5.3 AS400 platform

Recently we did path code refresh from PD910 to PY910. Copied business data and control tables too.

Submitted full package build. R9861S Server build has almost 70+ NERs failed and including few standard tables .

We checked full package generate NER logs(\*\serverlogs\GenerateNER_logs) found the below error log for one of the NER. Can you please suggest this could be due to some missing UDC or some configuration ? Doc ID 2249911.2 found this document, however didnot find exact root cause for all these NERs failures. Attached the GenerateNers log.
