We are seeing below errors in database alert log. I am thinking because of this our database performance is getting impacted as i see memory is getting blocked. I need restart database to get the performance back very often. anyone went through this kind of ERROR.  This block which showing as bad block contains only temp tables that are created and dropped during the batch process. Please advise
