Metadata fields missing after full index rebuild

I have a two node cluster installation of WebCenter Content 12.2.1.2 on Linux 7 operating system. System is customized with additional metadata fields. Two of the fields are available only in index IDCTEXT1 (inactive index) but are not available in IDCTEXT2 (active index). I have opened service request with this problem and Oracle support instructed me to do a full index rebuild. After fifty days index rebuild has finished (I have around 38 million documents) so now IDCTEXT1 is an active index. But the problem still exists. Two metadata fields are not available in IDCTEXT1.
