IOT installation for Tool 9.2.1.1

Hello Folks, While installing ADF infrastructure 12.1.3 on windows server 2012 R2 platform it's stopped on 49% since a long time. We have 9.2 JDE with TR 9.2.1.1 on salaries box and installation IOT on a windows box. I have installed Weblogic 12.1.3 and configured AIS and HTML. Installing ADF infrastructure on the same location where Weblogic installed. Can you guys help me out from the same why it is stopped on 49%? Thanks Ramsajeevan
