IOT - Weblogic and EM console issue

Hello Folks, I am installing IOT on TR 9.2.1.1 on windows server 2012R2 platform. I had installed weblogic 12.1.3 and configured AIS and web HTML. After that, I followed the below document and as per document I have created a new domain and configured the rest of the part said in section and finished without select any option such as Managed Server, cluster, coherence and etc. After that, I have started node manager and admin server, log in to Weblogic admin console and created a new Managed server with port 7005 as per document and while starting I was getting
