orachk 20.1.1 issue - ocr / voting disk check

Hi

 

I am getting this in the assessment in the primary node where orachk -usessh in 2 node RAC

 

Status on luna1:
FAIL => OCR Integrity check failed

Error Message:
PRVG-6005 : Size of the OCR backup location "+FRA" could not be determined
Error Message:
PRVF-5155 : Failure to retrieve ASM Disk Groups on node "luna1" PRVG-2034 : Command "null" executed on node "luna1" exited with status value "1" and gave the following output: Error 49802 initializing ADR ERROR!!! could not initialize the diag context

Status on luna1:
