Dates loaded in EAS with a load rule change by one day

When I load dates in EAS with a load rule, and the date formatted as custom of: mm/dd/yyyy in excel before loading the file, loading the date changes it by one day back. So 06/01/2019 loaded will retrieve as 05/31/2019.The members StoreOpenDate and StoreClosedDate are set to Date type in the outline. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue?
