Questions Regarding Child Support EFT Issues

Hello,

I am an HCM consultant that knows enough about AP to be dangerous.  My client want to implement child support EFT - not a problem, but some odd things are happening that are not tied to the payroll side of the house that I hope someone can answer:

1.  Are there remarks that can appear on a file/check?  And if so where would the come from on the AP side?  I have a remarks field in my wage attachment workbench, but the system seems to be ignoring that remark and pulling information from else where.  Is this housed under the vendor information somewhere?
