Can EBS R12 generate a HSBC iFILE for payment transaction?

Has anyone implemented HSBC iFile generation in Oracle Payments. I am implementing direct debit for China mainland and HK which requires generation of iFile(which is a .csv file) to be sent to HSBC bank for payment transaction
